The PROBALT project is coordinated by the Finnish Insititute of International Affairs (FIIA). The other members of the Consortium are the European University of St Petersburg (EUSP), Division for Peace and Conflict Research of the Institute of Social Sciences of the Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel (CAU/SHIP),Department of Economics and Management at the University of Helsinki (UH), and the Department of Regional Studies at the University of Tampere (UTA).
